Solo show this week on the #CLP with Sylvie off to California for some research and development and I decided to do try something new. The focus for today is on mindset, specifically Stoicism, and the teachings of Marcus Aurelius. We spend a few minutes breaking down the philosophy and discussing some of it’s founding members as well as my personal discovery of the concept.
